Costs:
the following are included
in the rental rate : water,electricity,gas,park
maintenance,swimming pool,bath towels, tea towels,blankets . The billiard ( is not free) : the part costs 2 euros. You have to let the house as clean as your arrival otherwise cleaning expenses will be in addition.

Contract: a
rental agreement for a furnished short-term let will be made between the to
parties concerned.
***
On signing: the
rental agreement,the renter pays a deposit of 50 % of
the total rental amount.The booking is secured when this deposit is received.
If the renter cancels, and no other renter for that period can be found,the
balance of the total rental rate must be paid.
*** The
telephone: is
paid for by the renter.
For international guests,France Télécom's Globeo card should be used. For
French residents,France Télécom 's Pastel card is recommended.
*** The
renter : must
insure the rental property with his/her own comprehensive household insurance
policy and supply proof of this.
*** After
an inventory:
of the furniture and works of art, a security deposit of 1500 Euros is payable
